Wednesday morning's are my weigh in days.
I didn't lose or gain anything. For the 2nd week in a row.
I don't know where my head is lately. I was doing awesome and somewhere along the line (at -27 lbs) I just got lost. Now, I'm maintaining, but if I had kept up my rate of weight loss I would have been at more than 30 lbs gone by now!
I am going to do this, I CAN'T go back to where I was.
I CAN DO THIS.
